The basic features describing and distinguishing a knowledgebased economy boil down to: treating knowledge as the most important production factor a widespread use of information and communication technologies creating new or improved products on the basis of knowledge using innovative solutions increasing the role and significance of the quality of human capital in the process of development and building competitive advantages highlighting the role and importance of the demand factor and an intrinsic shift in influences from the producer to the consumer increased uncertainty and risk in doing business. Development model is based to a greater extent than before on three mutually complementary priorities. Priorities in projects financial support, which are raised as a part of these actions have these, which concern Targetmol's D-Cycloserine ecological production issues. The development of sustainable agriculture is fostered directly by financial support of actions: ecological agriculture and agrienvironmental programs, as much as afforestation programs.Taking into consideration the fact of tight linkage of holdings acreage with the level of innovative solutions and education level, the influence on knowledge based economy development have likewise the support of actions, which aim to holdings merge or payments for farmers, who pass their small holdings to other farmers. The financial plan for for measures that can be directly referred to a knowledgebased economy provides for a budget of approx.of the RDP budget.Just like in the previous RDP implementation period, the largest funds will be allocated for the modernisation of farms.Lack of research methods associated with selection of evaluation criteria and the way of their measurement prevent the more precise identification of the impact of granted measures support on the innovative development of taking place in agriculture. This mostly applies to the system of storing agricultural products, application of modern machines for harvest and improvement in genetic potential of plants and animals. The development of modernisation progress in agriculture serves the high supply and availability of means of production for agriculture showing traits of innovation. The innovative development in agriculture, despite a significant support from EU funds is significantly smaller than in other areas of national economy and the level of education of farmers and the scope of use of information and communication technologies in agricultural households is smaller than that of people and of households of urban population. When it comes to agricultural entities, it is necessary to increase the scope of cooperation with the entities operating in the environment of agriculture mainly food processing entities, advisory centres and research institutions. The scale of obtaining support by agricultural producers depends to a very large extent on the organisational support by institutions operating in the environment of agriculture, but also on the willingness of producers to operate in larger economic organisations mainly in producer groups and associations and in the system of clusters.Butterfly diversity, species richness and abundance decreased with increase in urbanization. The rural and suburban sites had butterfly species that were unique to those sites.Vegetation cover and flowering shrub density was significantly related to butterfly diversity.Habitat destruction for developmental activities and unscientific management of natural resources is responsible for the fast disappearance of native butterflies.
